Can I record and transcribe audio in Kept?
Yes. Record in Kept or upload an audio file to create a transcript. Recording duration and monthly allowances depend on your plan.
Can I search notes from a recording later?
Search your saved library, or ask Kept about a recording, person, or project. Answers include source citations so you can check the relevant transcript moment.
Are transcripts and AI-generated notes always correct?
No. Transcription, summaries, facts, and AI answers can contain errors. Verify important details against the available transcript and source audio.
Is the original audio always available?
Audio availability and retention depend on the source and plan. Some imports provide a transcript without an audio file; Kept only offers source playback when audio is available.
