Use summaries as an overview
A summary should make topics easier to scan, not replace the record. Keep open questions, conditions, and disagreement visible.
Check possible follow-ups
Review whether a task was explicit, who accepted it, and whether a date was stated. Do not assume that every AI-suggested follow-up is assigned work.
Search the transcript for context
Use a source phrase or topic to return to the supporting conversation. If the import contains text but no audio, the transcript is the available evidence.
Scope and limitations
Kept does not join live meetings. AI summaries can omit context or contain errors; verify important information against the available source.
